Turnaround
Items are made to order and shipped in 10-14 days unless otherwise stated.

Item details
All of our items are handmade by our family and can vary slightly from image illustration and given dimensions.

Order Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking number when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How To Return An Item
All custom order sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.  This includes but is not limited to anything that has been changed in any way including initials, names, dates, address or custom colors.  Your non-customized item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.  Buyer pays shipping back to us!

• Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return, Upon The Rock HomeStore issued RMA and the original receipt.

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
